“Elevated Speech” or healthy debate?

The Mental Health Review Tribunal (MHRT) report by the Pakistani psychiatrist Ghazala Watt, that I was given last week, alleges that I have “paranoid schizophrenia” and that she plans to inject the dose of depot antipsychotic (paliperidone – Invega) from 75 to 100 mg. This, she has written, is because the “treating team” had noted me to have “elevated speech”. Please watch this video and tell me what you think.

The “treating team” comprises the case manager and Watt herself (and her inaccessible and negligent superiors). This video is of me debating the Tamil Tigers (LTTE) with the Indian Tamil “nurse” that has been appointed to come around to my house and inject me with whatever dose of neuroleptic that Ghazala Watt orders. He calls himself the “interim case manager”, but says that he is not qualified to make psychiatric diagnoses and that I need to “discuss it with the doctors”. The problem is that the doctors are grossly incompetent.

The psychiatric nurse, Raghuvan “Raghy” Raman, debated with me, making some wild claims about the Tamil Tiger leader Prabakaran and the Christian Church, and then reported me to have “elevated speech”. Or maybe it was Ghazala Watt that has confused ‘elevated mood’ and ‘pressure of speech’, neither of which I demonstrate. He told me himself that he thought I was euthymic (literally a good mood, but psychiatrically defined as a ‘normal mood’, meaning neither elevated not depressed). Raghy knows the previous case manager Nigel Lewin. Lewin, who is English is close to retirement and has gone on long-service leave, in a trip to Asia and Europe. However, he plans to return and continue his monthly assuaults of me. In the meantime Watt and Balaji Motamarri’s plan is to inject me monthly INDEFINITELY.

Balaji Motamarri, the Director of the Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAHMS) is legally responsible for the atrocious conduct of his junior staff against a medical colleague who knows more about how to practice medicine well in Australia than he does. For one thing, you need to be computer literate as well as academically literate. Balaji Motomarri’s Facebook and LinkedIn profiles do not indicate such literacy. Quite the contrary.

Raghy Raman is an Indian Tamil migrant who regards the LTTE leader Prabakaran as an “activist” rather than a terrorist. When I told him about the extent of Prabakaran’s crimes, he admitted only that it was “borderline” (presumably with terrorism). He also expressed the belief that, rather than the LTTE, Sonia Gandhi killed her own husband, the Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi to win the sympathy vote. He said that Prabakaran only “went off the tracks” when he was converted to Christianity “and was “directed by the Church to kill the other (Tamil) groups”. He also said that Prabakaran was promised support by Sonia Gandhi, but “unfortunately” he was let down. He is quite mad, but I didn’t tell him so, and let him inject me, knowing that refusal would mean that I would be taken by police back to the PA Hospital, locked up and injected with an even bigger dose.

I told Raghy Raman how the Tiger leader’s first assassination in 1975, when he was only 17 years old, was of the elderly Tamil mayor of Jaffna, Alfred Duraiappah and summarised the crimes of the LTTE against Tamil, Muslim and Singhalese people. In the end, despite defending the terrorist organization, Raman admitted that the Sri Lankan Tamils missed Prabakaran and the Tigers “like a hole in the head”. This was in response to my telling him that my father’s last book claimed that the Tamils in Sri Lanka were missing the Tigers now that they have been defeated.

While I was telling Raghy Raman about the crimes of the LTTE, and challenging his delusions gently, his mobile phone rang. It was the PA Hospital, and he mentioned that a particular patient needed to see “Dr Watts”. Nigel Lewin told me he thought her name was Watts rather than Watt, and I had to correct him. These people are so incompetent it would be funny, were it not for the fact Raghy plans to come to my house in a few days and inject me with the bigger dose. That is unless the Director of Metro South Health, Dr Stephen Ayre, who has accepted my LinkedIn contact request tonight, stops them.
